Skydive with UK Parachuting
Availability - Available 7 days a week, throughout the year
Duration - The course consists of a minimum 6 hours training followed by 8 skydives. It is our aim for you to complete a minimum of one skydive on the first day. It is possible to complete AFF Levels 1-8 in as little as three days (dependant on the weather and your progression). We recommend allowing a full week or consecutive weekends to complete the course as quickly as possible.
Restrictions - Maximum weight limit - 15st 7lbs. Minimum age is 16 years (parental consent required). All participants must sign a 'declaration of fitness' medical form before taking part in any skydiving activities, and all those over 40 years of age must have the form (which will be supplied in advance) signed by their doctor.
Clothing Required - Clothing should be comfortable and non-restrictive and training type shoes should be worn
Spectator Information - We welcome spectators! We have an on-site bar and diner and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead.
Weather Restrictions - Our sport is weather dependant and although it is possible to jump throughout the year and in most conditions there are limitations for safety reasons. Should your chosen day be affected by adverse weather conditions you can simply rebook for another day. It is only possible for us to determine the weather on the day of the event
Other Information - The sport is naturally extremely safety conscious and tightly governed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) who through the British Parachuting Association (BPA) regulates and monitors all parachuting activity in the UK. All our instructors hold valid BPA qualifications
