Hello all at Ellough UK Parachuting

Just wanted to say thank you so much for a brilliant time on Saturday.  Our group of 10 jumping in aid of Myeloma UK all had the most wonderful experience and it was largely down to your professionalism at UK Parachuting.  We will all remember that day with huge admiration for your team.

 Our Mum’s first experience of flying, aged 80 was fairly unique in that she then jumped out of the plane.  We’ve all reminded her that if she ever flies again she’s not to attempt to jump out again!!!!!

Very many thanks to all our tandem buddies who gave us confidence and special thanks to Paul for the photos.  They’re brilliant.

I know several of us are quite keen to have another go so you may well see us again !!

Dear All,

I just wanted to write a letter of thanks to all the staff at the UK Parachuting Club at Beccles Heliport Suffolk.

It was my first experience of skydiving and i was totally and utterly blown away by the whole experience. My initial jump was due on the 25th June however, due to weather and cloud constraints it wasn't to be that day. However, I was allowed to book for the very next day and the weather was unbelievable and from the moment I arrived on the day i knew i was in for a fantastic experience.

Jumping from 13,000ft was just mind blowing and i can see why people have become addicted to the sport of Skydiving i really can. Af my instructor put me totally at ease while we were on our way up to jump height explaining everything that was going to happen - not once did I feel nervous on the way up. I was so impressed with the whole set up that I will be considering doing another tandem jump just for fun.

Thank you again for such a brilliant, brilliant experience and will look forward to booking another jump with you guys shortly.

Oh just to let you know I have raised a fantastic £550 for the charity Help for Heroes by doing my jump.

Hi Myself and my partner Darren jumped on Sat 18th and had the most amazing day. It was my 1st jump and was completely blown away by the whole experience. All your staff helped put my nerves at ease and relax me for what was the experience of a life time! We are already thinking of booking another jump with you. My dvd and photos were better than anything I could have expected, the quality is superb. On the day everything goes so quickly and literally 'flies' by, but having the dvd and photos brings it all back and I can share it now with others. I just keep watching it over and over! I did my charity tandem skydive 27/02/11 and just needed to say thank you, thank you, thank you. All you guys were fantastic, very friendly and humerous, getting me relaxed and easing my nerves (and I had alot of them!.

My special thanks goes to Steve my instructor and Rob my camerman, you were both brilliant and made me laugh, it was the most exhilarating experience ever, spent the rest of the day on such a high, something I will never ever forget,(you'll see me again!!) and would say to everyone "book now", you won't regret it. I felt drunk on adrenaline for most of the day and was not the most impressive usher at the wedding rehearsal I had later that day, spent most of the day looking up at the sky.

Just would like to say a huge thanks to all the team at UK Parachuting for the Age UK event on 1st August.  My only regret is that I was so apprehensive, there is only one thing for it, I will just have to do another one now I know what to expect...I promise I'll smile more next time.

I did my skydive for a variety of reasons, the most light-hearted one being the whole 'life begins at 40' adage! I get travel sick but I was determined to do this and am so glad that I did. Andy made me feel very safe and although I had thought that the difficult part would be actually voluntarily leaving the plane at 10,000 + feet it was just so easy and the feeling of 'flying' was just fantastic. I would like to have stayed in freefall forever! Thanks also to Paul for filming me when I'm not the most photogenic person. I'm really looking forward to receiving my DVD and stills and proving to everyone I know that I really did do it! Everyone made us novices feel as though we belonged and generally kept a great atmosphere going while we waited for our turn. Now I keep finding myself looking up at the sky and thinking 'wow!'

I never felt scared or nervous once, not even on exit of the plane i was fully instructed and felt in very safe hands, it was all so enjoyable an exciting. My first tandem skydive was on Friday 21^st May for my lovely boyfriends 24^th Birthday.  Wow what an experience! I don’t think I have ever been so scared in my life. The most amazing thing was, as soon as I left the plane and was falling through the air I wasn’t worried or afraid of anything and it was certainly the most surrealist experience I have ever had. There are no words to express what it was like and I would challenge everyone to give it ago. I still don’t believe I have done it.   I would like to thank everyone who helped out on the day including the camera guy and my instructor for practically throwing me out of the plane because if he hadn’t I would never have got to have had the best feeling and achievement in my life. Thanks again, Ally

Just a few lines to thank you all for a great afternoon yesterday (Mothers day)  My partner and I, Stacy both did our first tandem skydive and it really was fantastic, having been called off Friday we arrived, kitted up and were in the air within 15 minutes, no time for nerves to set in. A big thank you to Aaron who was my instructor and managed to control my 6` plus 15 stone frame very easily. The whole experience was professional, relaxed, good humoured and great fun. Stacy was very nervous but I have never seen such a huge grin as when she landed, wonderful. I for one will be back, would love to do the AFF course with you over the summer, just need to sell my Mum to pay for it!!!

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you for yesterday when I had my first experience of skydiving – I had a fantastic time and I would definitely like to repeat it in the future and would recommend it highly.

Hi There

Thank you all so much. My daughter Holly had wanted to do a skydive since watching a friend do one last year but since she was only 15 at the time so had to wait. I paid the deposit for her 16th birthday and then she raised the rest with some going to charity.

Holly took her skydive last Sunday and loved every minute. People have said "How could you watch her? Were you not scared?" Of course I was apprehensive but I knew she was in good hands. You are a brilliant bunch of people, professional, caring and fun.  We decided to have the dvd and picture disc which came today, they are great and will be a lovely reminder for Holly. Family & friends came to watch and it was a really lovely morning for all of us. Thank you again.

To All Of You, I would like to thank you all for making my day, a great day, (19/09/09) & can not believe that I have actually done it, thrown myself out of a plane. I, and all my friends, are very proud of my achievement, as this is what I have wanted to do, since my diagnosis. I was diagnosed with MS in 2007. I was asked 'what would you like to do?' 'Jump out of a plane', was my answer. My wish came true, thanks to all of you. 

Especially, 'What's his name' oh yeah, Steve, and everyone in 'slot 10'. I cannot wait to see 'my DVD & Still Shots', thank you 'Blakey' (Issac) and show all my family and friends.  Again, thank you all for a great day.

7th Sep 2009 Myself and four colleagues carried out a tandem jump on Saturday for charity and we had a great time! It was a very busy day however all the staff were extremely helpful and professional whilst making the whole experience fun. Right from the serious and informative brief through to kitting out, been filmed and the jump itself there was a great atmosphere and all the staff made you feel welcome. I was very nervous but a big thank-you to my cute(!) instructor Gavin who put me at ease and made my experience exciting and individual, no-one gave the impression “it was just a job” and seemed just as excited to be there as us! I cannot wait to see my dvd and stills as im trying to remember every little bit but it was over so fast! I will be recommending you to everyone and will be definitely back to do it again! I received my movie + stills today and it looks great! I must say I'm very happy of my first ever skydive. I was very impressed by the organisation as it was such a busy day, the way everybody was very pro but relaxed and enthusiastic at the same time. Despite the long wait, my total lack of fear (I knew I was in safe hands!) which prevented me from being too excited, and feeling sick for the next hour after landing waiting for my ears to pop, I CAN'T WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN very soon! So thank you to Geoff Tucker who took great care of me, Paul Newton for the video and every else involved at UK Parachuting for such an amazing day! Hope to see you all soon.

Thank you all so much in helping me do my Tandem Skydive yesterday (Sunday 23th August) it was the most amazing

Hi All,

I would like to say a massive thank you to your excellent team for the greatest experience of my life.
I was extremely impressed by the professional approach given to me and the welcome feeling given to my family who came to watch.  Everyone of them stated that even though they didn't jump they felt they played a big part in the day.
My special thanks goes to Jeff - an simply amazing jump master - relaxed, professional, polite and fun.  Jeff made the experience even more amazing with his description of what to expect, what was going on around me and when handing the flight controls over to me, continued the enjoyment.
And I must mention Gavin - the camera man.  Great safety talk - fun but serious.  I'm now looking forward to what I know will be a great DVD and stills. The experience was just so amazing that it has made me want to do it more and more.  I'm now looking on how to gain my AFF - who knows maybe I will become one of you guys in the future.
Additionally my wife is now looking to do it for her birthday as well.  So I guess you will soon see us again

Just a note to thank you for a great day yesterday. To do a jump was something I have wanted to do since my teenage years – It was a wonderful experience which of course I now want to do again. Happily my Son has shown an interest now he has seen his middle age Mum do it so we will be back!

The brief at the beginning was light hearted in a very serious way and made us feel at ease. Well done that man.

My instructor, Tim, was excellent. He has a gentle, friendly way about him which made me feel very safe and very relaxed so it was enjoyable and so easy.  A big THANK YOU to him.

My brother in law, Keith Miller, had nothing but praise for his instructor too.

Your team were all very professional and I am happily urging all my friends to give it a go.

Hi,
I just wanted to send you a HUGE thank you! Myself and four others jumped with you on the 30th May for Help for Heroes and NACC! Both jumping morning and afternoon, we arrived very anxious and nervous but were made to feel immediately at ease. The staff were amazing, a great laugh and made the whole experience one we will never forget! We collectively raise just over 3 Thousand pounds by leaping from a plane with your fantastic instructors! I would like to say a big thanks to Tim for being so laid back and helping me enjoy one of the best things i have ever done and to Jeff for capturing it all on camera for me so i could show my 4 Kids and rub it in to my husband how brave i am and he isn't! Hi....I did my first tandem jump on 2nd May with Grant and I have to say it was amazing! I'm big enough to admit that I was bricking it :-/ but Grant and the rest of the guys were so laid back that for some reason I seemed to think jumping out of the plane when we got to 13000 feet was a good idea!

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to thank all your team at Old Buckenham who helped make our charity tandem skydive go like clock work. It was brilliant! absolutely awesome! We were jumping for The neo natal unit at the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital and a one year old little girl called Abigail who is a little miracle. This was my first skydive &  couldny believe how much I liked it!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Tim and Grant for making my first ever jump on Saturday totally amazing. Words can't describe how I felt and it was all down to having such great guys to see me through it. I don't think at anytime from the time I booked the jump, to the time I landed that I felt one bit nervous and that's most unusual for someone who wont even climb into the loft ! (although the falling out of the plane and the first bit of freefalling was the scariest in my point of view) I think the fact that I was doing it for a charity very close to my heart and had raised almost £700 was all the encouragement I needed. Tim was great from start to finish though, always checking I was ok and pointing out various sights along the way, quite a sense of humour as well and I can't wait to see the DVD that Grant shot.

I think it was shock at first, but driving home, and even now, i have the rush of the memory of the freefall, IT WAS WICKED!!!!!!!!

I would just like to say a big thank you to you and all your staff there for all your efforts and professionalism. It can’t be easy having to stay so understanding to people that are frightened when you know it is so good and safe. I am sorry that I hassled you up so much on email and as you said, I needn’t of worried and I was fine, also to be honest – it was actually more scary thinking about it than what it was actually doing it… it seemed for me that a bungee jump I did was a lot scarier than skydive and not nearly as much fun!!!!!!  It was absolutely fantastic, sorry for being such a wuss about it LOL J but it was brilliant, you were all great!! I never thought that after that dive I would start seriously thinking about taking up the sport either, although the finical implications have to be considered a bit more first.  Anyway- Thank you all very much

I did a tandem skydive yesterday (2/8) with Aaron, and I would just like to say how much I enjoyed the skydive,it was an amazing experience, and that I am looking forward to booking up for another tandem skydive in September, also thanks to Stuart for taking the photos and the video!

Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the great experience on Saturday with the tandem skydive.  All the staff I came into contact with were both friendly and professional and a special thanks goes to my instructor (Tom I think!) as the whole process was very relaxed and smooth.  This has already sparked some interest with four other people, so I will definitely push them to do it at Old Buckenham.

 I would like to thank all your staff for making our tandem jump a fantastic experience on the day Sunday 14th September , the weather was perfect this time, and all of my party have had an unforgettable experience yesterday thanks to you all, l would like to personally thank my tandem instructor Arron and camera man steve for their support humour throughout my jump, it will be some thing that l will remember forever and would recommend any body to have a go, as it was just a rush from the time you leave the plane to landing gently on the ground, l look up at the sky and still cannot believe we jump from about 11000 feet thank you all at UK Parachuting from Steve Elphick, Steve Denmark, Brett Snowling, Daniel McComb, Bem McComb Tracey Pang  it has given us the bug to may be a solo jump next!

My name is Patrick Kirwan and I did a tandem skydive with you cats on the 4/4/08. It was such a great experience that I felt compelled to thank you! It happened so fast but I recalled being incredibly happy, to the point that I start laughing to myself all the time(what an effect!). Cheers to Thomo who was my brill instructor! No wonder everyone involved seems chilled, you,ve got the best feng shu ui jobs ever. Darting through cloud cover gave a new meaning to head in the clouds!

Just a quick few lines to say a BIG thank you for my AFF Level 1 Skydive, which I completed yesterday. I cannot describe in words how fantastic a feeling it was to freefall and then how free and peaceful it felt manoeuvring around the airfield in the sky. I have completely bored my nearest and dearest with my over-enthusiastic tales, and I fear I may be sacked from my job if I don’t stop gibbering on and do some work!

Special thanks to my instructor Tim who was terrific throughout all the training. He made the whole experience fun and yet was professional and very encouraging the whole time. A credit and an asset to the profession! Sorry for the maniacal grin on the freefall but I just couldn’t stop it – I felt so alive and so over-awed it was just a truly amazing moment of my life.

So thank you to everyone there who made it possible and I can highly recommend the experience to anyone – although I am struggling to recruit any customers at work – they all think I am suffering a mid-life crisis!! All I can say is they are missing out – big time.

I would just like to thank you for a wonderful time last week, I had my tandem jump and I wasn't nervous in the least. I really wanted to do it as it was my birthday present from my family for my 50th birthday last January. It was a really great experience for me and I would do it again, my dvd has come already and it was great to watch it. thank you again.
